Package Contents:

• EVALUATION OF MEDICAL RECORD: (pre-trip) a review of passenger's medical history, verifying the presence of illness-based, risk factors, active medication, preventive medication, vaccinations.

This step should be done before travelling; tourists usually go to a specialized center for pre-travel medical care (PRE-TRAVEL CONSULTATION MEDICAL CENTER) approximately four to six weeks before, to make your trip with a medical record. In case of not getting timely the medical record this step will be omitted.

• MEDICAL EVALUATION TO PASSENGER WITH RISK FACTORS: Previously the reception at the airport, we proceed to assist you in situ just in case of warning signs, medical emergency for any passenger.

Once we do this, medical evaluation is carried out at the hotel (only at the arrival time and once) to passengers with the presence of risk factors identified in the medical record, we mention:

• Passengers under the age of 7 years.
• Pregnant women.
• Physical disability (handicap).
• Passengers with pre-existing diseases (cardiovascular disorders, chronic hepatitis, chronic inflammatory bowel disease, chronic renal failure, chronic respiratory diseases, diabetes mellitus, insulin, epilepsy, immune depressed by medications or HIV disease, prior embolic thrombus, anemia carriers, carriers of mental disorders).
  
• SUPPORTING: permanent for nurses trained in first aid care (including emergency kit with essential medicines in case of an emergency), along the scheduled Tour (three days only, not intended for treks).
  
• MEDICAL REPORT: details of events occurred during the service, to be referred to the agency at the conclusion of the service, which in turn may be used by the agency to inform your supplier and the end of POST-TRAVEL MEDICAL CONSULTATION passenger.

TERMS OF SERVICE

FIRST .- The cost of the program that includes everything previously described, and three days of professional accompaniment. Understanding minimum amount as 05 passengers to choose the service:

• From 05 to 10 passengers: $ 20 per passenger.
• From 11 to 15 passengers: $ 18 per passenger.
• From 16 to 20 passengers $ 15 per passenger.
• From 21 to 25 passengers: $ 13 per passenger.
• In over 26 passengers: $ 10 per passenger.

• The service includes a professional nurse for every 15 to 20 passengers, if the agency decides to expand on the accompanying need to cancel 02 to $ 06 per passenger per day, depending on the number of them.
• f the group is VIP and / or desire to support the agency by medical personnel rather than professional nurses to assume the cost is:

* $ 90 per day per group (from 20 to 25 passengers), if the number of passengers exceeds this number, will join a professional doctor, at a cost similar to that described.

• If the support is for trekking with professional medical personnel in the trek, to assume the cost is :

* $ 110.00 per day with medical emergencies and includes assessment and evaluation of medical record passengers with risk factor.

SECOND .- The service does not provide care without cost other than those made in the airport for medical emergence or presence of warning signs (does not include medication) and medical evaluation of passengers with risk factors that will be held in the hotel.

If in the course of the days when the service is provided, the nurses determined that medical attention is necessary for some people, this will be paid by the passenger and make his return to the hotel in  Cusco by one of our medical staff.
