A couple of weeks agoI had to be admitted for an overnight due
to altitutde sickness and a few days later another overnight for a bacterial
gastric infection. The attention and caring treatment I received under Dr.
Renzo and his team was excellent.
Unlucky to be ill but so lucky to be
taken to this clinic!

verdad q queria agradecer el buen y excelente trato que recibi. Y queria
simplemente agradecer porque la verdad q me sentia muy mal y la atención fue

Hola Dr. David y todo el equipo médico (Pati, Pati y Janet)
¿Tudo bien?
Yo soy Monica Hiraiwa, de Brasil y fue hospitalizada en la clínica ayer.
Les escribo para darles las gracias por toda la atención que recibimos de ustedes, ya que el médico visite el hotel donde nos hospedábamos toda la atención y el afecto que recibí de las enfermeras (Paty, Paty y Janet). Cuando nos enfermamos nos sentimos muy vulnerables, pero cuando nos enfermamos en un país diferente al nuestro, nos sentimos aún más vulnerables, sin saber bien el idioma, ni las costumbres de ese país. Sin embargo, me sentí muy acogido y que relajaba en esta clínica, y yo estaba muy impresionada con el servicio tan rápido, cuidado y apoyo de ustedes.
Realmente quiero darle las gracias por todo, muchas gracias!
El viaje a Lima fue muy bueno, me siento bien, gracias por la atención que hay recibido de ustedes.

No tan bien conocida como Sao Paulo o Río de Janeiro, pero también es una ciudad turística que tiene muchos lugares hermosos. Esperamos un día para recibirlos.

Quería por este medio ya que no tuve tiempo de agradecerles personalmente la atención dedicación y esmero con que nos atendieron en nuestra estadía en Cusco.
Al doctor David un agradecimiento muy especial por el acompañamiento a esos jóvenes durante la caminata, gracias a Dios no hubo ningún problema, y yo estaba muy tranquila sabiendo que estaban muy bien acompañados. Gracias Doctor David.
Al doctor Willy también un agradecimiento inmenso por la atención y ayuda con la enfermedad de la profesora Magdalena, un millón de gracias.
Desde ahora queda contratado doctor David para que nos acompañe el año entrante con el grupo de alumnos del Colegio a hacer nuevamente el camino del Inca, estas fechas serán mas o menos por ésta época el año 2010.
Quedamos a la orden para lo que se ofrezca.
Mil gracias de nuevo y un abrazo muy grande

Quiero agradecerles al medico y todo el personal de Cusco Medical Assistance, por la magnifica atencion que recibio mi hijo JUAN ANTONIO MONZON VAZQUEZ, la semana pasada en su institucion.
Ya se encuentra bastante mejor y le he recomendado especial cuidado con la alimentacion.
Que Dios los Bendiga!!! y tengan por seguro que yo en mis oraciones voy a pedir por el medico y todo el personal.

Comentarios: Hola! para ser sincero, nunca me habia sentido a gusto de ir a una clinica, pero debido a una complicacion que tuve en Cusco, fui internado en Cusco Medical Assistance. Para mi fue cambiar completamente la imagen que tenia y darme cuenta de como se puede tener una atencion de primera calidad.
Desde el primer momento se noto la preocupacion por mi salud y por mi bienestar. Agradezco todas las facilidades con las que conte, para hablar con mis familiares y amigos.
El Dr. David es excelente como persona y me trató muy bien; Asi mismo el personal de enfermeria se preocupo constantemente por mi salud y mis necesidades. De verdad Muchas GRACIAS! atencion 5 estrellas.

I would like to thank Dr. David for his care and attention.
I was admitted to the Clinic and immediately received the medical assistance that I desperatedly needed.
I was tested and was found to have giardia and salmonella. The nurses and Dr David took very good care of me.
I would happilly recommend this clinic. 03/01/09

While in Peru this summer both my husband and I contracted giardia. I was really sick when we flew into Cusco and Dr David came to the hotel to see us - he arrived at the hotel before we arrived from the airport. We went with Dr David to the clinic where I received IV antibiotics and spent the night. My husband was also treated that night with medication and we were able to leave the next day and continue with our vacation. We received excellent care and attention from the nurses. When I returned home, I went to my doctor to get a clean bill of health and she assured me that she would have treated me exactly the same way that Dr David treated me.
Thank you for your excellent care and help in not missing any of our vacation in Peru.

Morning Dr Champi,
I just thought I would write a short e-mail to you and let you know how Graham is getting along.
After he recovered from his 3 day stay in I.C.U., with the septic shock, (here in South Africa), he got well very quickly. After six weeks he had his gall bladder removed and has just felt much better from then.
Our holiday in Peru was a very exciting and stressful time but we have very, very good memories of your beautiful country with such gentile people.
We hope to travel to Canada next year to go and visit our son and his wife and we will be hoping for good health for this trip!!
Graham and I send our very best regards to you and your wonderful nurses in your Clinic.

I am writing to thank you for the care and attention you gave me when I was brought to your clinic June 2, 2008. The high altitude affected me and I needed oxygen and hydration and every one was very professional and attentive. Mucho gratias. Odette Goodsite.

I want to say thank you for taking care of my friend this week in Cusco. You came to the Eureka hotel and gave Toni some medicine to help her with her altitude sickness. She was very scared, and you helped her to calm down, and you made her feel very good.

Hola Buenas tardes!! yo quiero dar las GRACIAS a la tención prestada por Cusco Medical Assistance durante mi estancia en Cusco de dos meses, pero sobre todo, agradecer al Doctor David y a su equipo de enfermeras, todo el cuidado y atención que prestaron a mis amig@s: Andrea, Rosa y Marta.
Gracias por todo, por aguantarnos, cuidarnos y resolver todo tipo de dudas.

Fui atendida pelo Dr David no dia 18/07, sendo que no dia seguinte iniciaria a
Trilha Inca. Foi constatado que eu estava com bronquite e,graças ao excelente
atendimento e à medicação adequada, melhorei e fiz todo o trajeto da trilha.

I really want to thanks the Doctor and nurses for the diagnostic and treatment perfect.
The clinic is confortable, I had a pleasant night.
The payment is also well manage with the insurance!

I was unfortunate enough to be ill with Salmonella in Cusco in May 2008, due,I
believe ,to scrambled egg at breakfst at the very beautiful Hotel Marqueses.The
Hotel contacted this clinic for me and from there the service and care could
not have been better.I was given a very comfortable room(ensuite would have
been better though given the hours I spent in the loo)put on drips,fed and
looked after very well for the 2 days I was there.The staff are all very
competent and sociable and speak english well enough.I felt safe there.The only
downside was its postion near the railway line when a couple of trains a night
were disturbing,but it was only for a few minutes.
My son was also ill with the same thing but was able to be treated as an
outpatient.The fee was very reasonable,which I had to pay,around £50 for
consultation,blood and stool tests and a script.My costs for hospitalisation
are unknown but were dealt with very efficiently by the clinic, directly with
the insurance company,with no stress to me.
I can recommend this clinic.

Thank you to Dr. David and his staff for providing my daughter with your wonderful care and attention during her recent illness while traveling in Peru. She was evaluated by a specialist upon her return to the US, and has been given a clean bill of health with no further complications or pain. We appreciate the services that you have provided her.

This is Marcia Ladendorff writing from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida. A couple of weeks ago, I was leading a group of college students to Peru and one of our students became seriously ill while in Cusco. You treated her. I would like to offer my sincere thanks for the services you provided. It was such a relief to know that Sarah was being attended to by compassionate professionals. The fact that you were able to call on a cardiologist and an opthomologist to attend to her needs was impressive. I am telling everyone I meet how impressed I am with the quality of the health care we received in Peru.

I contracted entamoeba histolytica. I received excellent medical care which included a bedside visit to my hotel and 24 hours of intravenous antibiotics during an overnight stay at the clinic. The care I received was excellent.

I would like to thank you all for your good care! Although I felt sad because I missed the inca trail your care made me feel better. The nurses are very sweet and patient, and the hospital is very flexible, whathever you want you can get. Saludos.

I would like to thank Dr. David for the wonderful care I received during my illness in Cusco. I arrived from the US already suffering a gastric problem and had not eaten for four days. He was at my hotel bedside withing 15 minutes of calling, examined me and immediately took me with him to his clinic where I was admitted and starting receiving an IV within minutes. He brought in a cardiologist who brought all his equipment to my bedside and did a thorough examination. Dr. David explained everything in great detail and I felt very safe in his care. My nurse, Patricia, was kind and caring and was at my side whenever I needed her, night or day. This is a wonderful facility! Thank you for making my dream trip to Machu Picchu possible!
